FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS AND MOBILITY-IMPAIRED GUESTS
The Ritz Theatre & Museum meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, ATMs and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities. Additional services are listed below.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS / SEATING
For seating events, please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. You may purchase handicapped-accessible seating in person at the Box Office at the Ritz Theatre & Museum 1 ½ hours prior to the event time.

ACCESSIBLE DROP-OFF
Passengers may be dropped off at designated entrance, which varies by event. Please reach out to our main venue line at (904) 807-2010 for more event-specific information.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted to assist guests inside the venue. If special accommodations are required for your service animal, please notify us at the time of ticket purchase. All other animals are prohibited.

TELEPHONES
Accessible telephones are available in the Ritz Theatre & Museum. A TDD machine and volume-enhanced phone is available.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION
Staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Please contact a staff member if you need assistance.

FIRST AID
A full-service first aid station at the Ritz Theatre & Museum will be supplemented by roving emergency medical technicians during larger events. Please contact a staff member if you need medical assistance.
