Exhibit Dates

March - December

The Lives Eliminated, Dreams Illuminated (LEDI) exhibit is an immersive multimedia experience that brings to life the stories of 23 young girls and women who were tragically murdered during the Holocaust. Through a combination of art, music, photography, animation, and video, LEDIreimagines the potential lives of these victims, offering a poignant and humanized exploration of their lost futures. The exhibit features large-scale paintings by artist American Artist Lauren Bergman, accompanied by original compositions by Israeli composer Ella Milch-Sheriff, which enrich the emotional depth of the experience. LEDI challenges visitors to reflect on what could have been, asking them to consider the power of individual lives and the consequences of hatred. The exhibit also integrates an educational curriculum, designed to engage students in understanding the Holocaust through art, history, and empathy, with a focus on combating intolerance and promoting tolerance in today’s world. Available in both in-person and virtual formats, LEDI has already reached thousands of students, providing them with a meaningful, transformative educational experience, which meets all state standards and mandates.
